2011 Season

WVU finished the season 28-27. More of the same results from the 2010 season, when WVU beat only five teams with a winning record: in 2011 they beat only four!

• The 28 wins came against teams with a combined 301-322 record, a .483 winning percentage.
• WVU's opponents finished the 2011 season with a 410-434 record, a .485 winning percentage.
• It's not just about the wins, but also the losses: Akron's powerhouse 12-33 squad defeated WVU.
